Sangria
Recepie Ingredients: • 1/4 cup Sugar (or to taste) • 1 cup Water • 1 thinly sliced Orange • 1 thinly sliced Lime • 1 750-ml bottle Red or Rose Wine • 6 oz. Sparkling Water Directions: Other fruit as desired (i.e., bananas, strawberry) Dissolve sugar in water in large pitcher. Add fruit and wine and 12 or more ice cubes. Stir until cold. Add sparkling water. Serve in red-wine glasses, putting some fruit in each glass. Fresh Tomato Juice Cocktail Recepie Ingredients: • 24 lb. fresh Florida tomatoes • 2 tbsp. SYSCO Imperial seasoned salt • 1/4 tsp. Per serving of additional, optional seasonings: • SYSCO Imperial celery salt • SYSCO House Recepie red pepper sauce • SYSCO Imperial House Recepie • Worcestershire sauce • SYSCO Imperial ground cumin • SYSCO Imperial dill • SYSCO Imperial chili powder • SYSCO Imperial Italian seasoning and garlic • juice of fresh SYSCO Imperial apple Directions: 1. Use tomatoes held at room temperature until fully ripe. Core tomatoes; cut into pieces small enough to fit into a juice extractor feed tube. 2. Place tomatoes into juice extractor feed tube. Juice tomatoes according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer to a container. Stir in seasoned salt and optional seasoning, if desired. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
